Speaker Hang

Speaker Hang was a work displayed at PRISM #5, taking a gentle swipe at elaborate multi speaker setups with a group of suspended speaker cones arranged in a haphazard manner with the emphasis on their sculptural qualities and little attention paid to problems of acoustics, positioning and phase.

The sculpture played a complementary composition which used sound sources which are usually considered undesirable such as amp hum and feedback.
